Privacy policy

AppSol360 builds websites, mobile apps, and automation. We work from the United States and Pakistan. This page says what we collect when you visit this site or send us an enquiry, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted. If you would rather ask a person, write to privacy@appsol360.com.
What you send us
The form on our contact page asks for four things: the service you are interested in, a description of what you are building, your name, and your email address. We use them to read your enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record of the conversation while it is going on. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
What you send goes two places. We write it into a customer record system running on a server we rent and administer ourselves, so the conversation has a record and no other company holds it. We also email it twice, once to us and once back to you as a receipt, through Resend, a mail company in the United States. Resend sees the four things you sent and delivers them. Its logs of that delivery roll off on its own schedule.
If you message us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn instead, that message sits on their systems as well as ours, under their own privacy terms.
What the site collects on its own
Hosting. The site runs on Vercel. Their servers keep the usual request logs, which include your IP address, your browser, and the page you asked for. Those logs are how errors and abuse get spotted.
Visitor counts. We use Plausible, running on a server we rent and administer ourselves rather than the hosted service. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address, and reports pages and referrers as totals. It also counts how far you get through the enquiry form, and which service your enquiry was about, again only as totals. No analytics company receives anything about your visit, and nothing in the totals points back at you, so it runs for everyone.
Spam check. The contact page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which works out whether a submission came from a person before we accept it. Cloudflare sees your IP address, your browser, and which site the check came from. Turnstile sets no cookies, and Cloudflare does not use any of this for advertising. Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum covers all of it. There is no puzzle to solve, so most visitors never notice it.
Adverts. If you accept cookies, we load Meta Pixel. It sets cookies in your browser, records which pages of this site you open, and sends that to Meta. Meta uses it to tell us whether our adverts are working, and can match it to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. If you decline, the pixel never loads and no request reaches Meta. You can change your answer whenever you like:
Cookies
- Plausible sets none.
- Cloudflare Turnstile sets none.
- Meta Pixel sets its own cookies in your browser once you accept, and reads them back.
- Your cookie answer is kept in your browser under
appsol360-consent. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it from ours.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our records while we are talking, and afterwards for as long as our tax and contract obligations need them. Vercel's logs roll off on their own schedule. Plausible holds nothing personal to keep.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: privacy@appsol360.com. We answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. To stop Meta following you around the web in general, that is a setting inside your Meta account, not something this page can change.
Children
This site is for businesses. No part of it is aimed at children and we do not set out to collect anything from them.
Changes
When this policy changes we change the date at the top. The version you are reading is the one that applies.
